Worked as the manufacturing engineer at Alchemy Industrial. Wore many hats helping to setup new facilities, production lines, and equipment for a variety of projects and product lines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Worked as the manufacturing engineer at Speed Shore Corporation, improving profitabilty through process improvement, project management, capital improvements, and problem solving.

Worked as an order manager at Tenaris Hydril, managing OCTG accessories orders through the quoting, execution, and delivery process, ensuring on-time and accurate orders are delivered to the customer.
Engineering Consulting Intern• Summer 2016
I spent the summer of 2016 working in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, in a Cabela's distribution center. While there I learned the process of working on-site with a client, and about time-study and process improvement. • Worked with my team to analyze the client’s processes across the distribution center, and provide value by improving those processes and getting employee and manager buy-in • Time-studied processes across the DC and implemented an incentive program based on our data • Worked on the floor to mentor employees on best methods and improving performance within the program • Took ownership of a process, working with purchasing, maintenance, managers, IT, and upper leadership to find and implement improvements and standards from start to finish
International Intern • Summer 2015
In summer of 2015, I was selected to represent Texas A&M University and Tenaris as an international intern in Zalau, Romania. I learned to work with teams in entirely new locations and languages. • Worked on installation and startup of an entirely new production facility and line for OCTG accessories, taking it from empty building to first pipe off the line • Directed fabrication, managed work teams, updated and referenced master plan drawings, problem solving • Presented final report to leadership from across the plant
